Terms of service

A seat is confirmed once the fee (or the agreed first instalment) has been received. Batch dates, timings and trainers are as communicated at the time of confirmation.

We may reschedule a batch start date if the minimum cohort size is not met. If a rescheduled date does not work for you, you may move to another batch or request a refund of the amount paid.

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are payable before the program starts unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing.

A full refund is available up to the first session of your batch. After the first session, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, less any sessions attended and instance provisioning costs already incurred. No refund is available once more than 30% of a program has been delivered.

Free courses carry no fee and therefore no refund.

Sandbox instances and learner portal accounts are provided for training and practice only. They must not be used for production work, client delivery, or any commercial purpose.

Access is personal to you. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or using an instance to host or process real business data ends access without refund.

Recordings, presentations, setup documents and practice material are licensed to you for personal learning. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, uploaded to public platforms, or used to deliver training elsewhere.

Lifetime access means access for as long as we operate the learner portal, and may be subject to platform migrations.

We ask learners to be respectful to trainers and to each other in live sessions and support channels. We may remove access, without refund, for abusive behaviour or for disrupting a batch.

Placement support means resume review, mock interviews and referrals into our network. It is support, not a guarantee of employment, and no specific salary, role or timeline is promised.

We prepare you for third-party certification exams. Exam fees, scheduling, results and certificates are governed entirely by the certifying body (for example Oracle) and are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a program is limited to the fee you paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of employment opportunity or business.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your enrolment is the one that applies to you.
