How we handle your information
This policy explains what Cloud Vinya ERP Institute collects when you enquire, enrol or browse, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver training you have signed up for.
- Contact details you submit through our enquiry, demo-booking or instructor forms — name, phone number, email address and country code.
- Course preferences and any notes you add, such as preferred batch timings or team size.
- Enrolment and payment records for learners who join a program (payments themselves are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details).
- Basic technical data from your browser, such as pages visited, used to keep the site working and improve it.
2. How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo class, confirm a batch, provide learner portal and sandbox access, issue invoices, and send you information about courses you asked about.
If you opt in on our forms, we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about courses, batches and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the service:
- With our trainers, limited to what they need to teach your batch.
- With service providers that run our infrastructure — hosting, email, spreadsheet and payment tools — under their own terms.
- With prospective employers, only when you have asked us to refer you and have agreed to it.
- Where we are legally required to.
4. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for follow-up, and learner records for as long as needed to provide portal access, issue certificates and meet tax and accounting obligations.
5. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to cloudvinyaerp@gmail.com. We respond within a reasonable period.
You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the instructions in the message, or by telling us on a call or WhatsApp.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
